                          Braunschweiger Spread

   8      oz            Liver sausage
   3      oz            Cream cheese -- softened
     1/3  c             Mayonnaise or salad dressing
   2      tb            Dill pickle relish
   2      tb            Onion -- chopped
     1/2  ts            Worcestershire sauce
     1/8  ts            Garlic powder
                        Fresh parsley -- chopped
                        Assorted crackers

Combine the first seven ingredients; pat into a bowl lined with
plastic wrap. Cover with the wrap and chill. Invert onto a serving
platter and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with crackers.

Yield: 1-1/2 Cups
