                        Orange Cream Cheese Spread

     1/2  c             Cream cheese -- softened
   3      tb            Unsalted butter -- softened
   2      tb            Fresh orange juice
   1      tb            Honey
   1      tb            Orange peel -- freshly grated
   1      ts            Fresh lemon juice

Combine all in a blender or food processor. Adjust sweetness with
addition of a little more honey if desired. Wonderful on panckaes,
waffles, or English muffins.
