 454       g            Can refried beans
 250       g            Jar salsa
   1       c            Cheddar cheese -- grated
   1       c            Monterey Jack cheese -- grated
     1/4   c            Jalapenos (50 ml) -- chopped
     1/4   c            Black olives (50 ml) -- chopped

  On a large dinner plate or platter, spread a thin layer of each
  ingredient in the order listed above. Serve with Nacho's or
