                     SMOOTH AND TASTY KIDNEY BEAN DIP

   1                    Onion -- chopped
   8       oz           Cream cheese -- OR...
   1       c            -Creamy tofu
     1/2   c            Mild picante sauce
   2       tb           Tamari sauce (optional)
   1       tb           Chili powder
     1/2   c            Green enchilada sauce
   1       t            Garlic powder

  Blend (in blender or food processor) all ingredients.  Serve with fresh
  vegetable pieces or tortilla chips.
