                            Lisas Spinach Dip

   1      pkg           frozen chopped spinach,thawed, drained -- 10 oz.
   1      pkg           cream cheese -- 8 oz. softened
   1      can           chopped water chestnuts -- drained
   1      cup           sour cream
   1      envelope      ranch dressing mix

Blend all with a hand mixer on medium till well incorporated. Chill and serve
with crackers or vegetables.
