                                Pesto Dip

   1       c            Miracle Whip
   1       c            Sour cream
  10       oz           Frozen chopped spinach --
                        - thawed, well drained
     1/3   c            Parmesan cheese -- grated
     1/4   c            Walnut pieces
   1       ts           Dried basil
     1/4   ts           Salt
   1       cl           Garlic -- crushed

  Place all ingredients in a blender bowl and process until almost
  smooth. Cover and chill until serving time.

  Yield: 2 Cups
