MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Dominic's Famous Guacamole
 Categories: Fruits, Herbs, Vegetables, Squash, Citrus
      Yield: 6 Servings

      2    Avocados
      1 bn Cilantro
      1    Jalapeno
      2 c  Tomatoes; chopped
      1 lg Seedless cucumber;
           - chopped fine
           Salt & pepper
      1 cl Garlic
      1 lg Onion; chopped fine
      1    Lime

  In a large bowl scoop out the avocado squeeze half of a lime and
  toss.

  Take a fork and smash the avocado.

  Add salt & pepper.

  Chop garlic and onion finely.

  Mince the cilantro.

  Chop the Jalapeno.

  Chop the tomatoes.

  Chop the cucumber.

  Fold in onions, tomatoes, cucumber, cilantro, and garlic.

  Squeeze the other half of the lime and taste.

  Add more salt & pepper if needed.
