      Title: Simple Guacamole
 Categories: Five, Fruits, Salsa, Citrus
      Yield: 12 Servings

      2 md Ripe avocados
      1 tb Lemon juice
    1/4 c  Chunky salsa
    1/4 ts Salt

  Peel and chop avocados; place in a small bowl. Sprinkle with lemon
  juice. Add salsa and salt; mash coarsely with a fork. Refrigerate
  until serving.
