MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Grilled Chicken Wings Tai-Pan Categories: Poultry, Herbs, Vegetables, Chilies Yield: 4 Servings 4 tb Ginger 2 tb Soy sauce 1 Sweet red pepper; pureed 1/4 c Fresh squeezed lemon juice - (60 ml) 1 ts Original Tabasco sauce 1/4 ts Thyme 1 ts Mint 1/2 c Olive oil (125 ml) 1 tb Wine vinegar 2 lb Chicken wings (960 g); - tips reserved for stock Salt & fresh ground pepper In a large mixing bowl, combine together all marinade ingredients. Add chicken wings, cover and marinate for 8 hours. Light your gas or charcoal grill. Drain chicken wings and cook over barbecue. Baste chicken wings with marinade during cooking.
