                           Hot Chicken Wings

     1/2  c             Butter -- melted
     1/4  c             Hot pepper sauce
   3      tb            Vinegar
  24                    Chicken drumetts

Preheat oven to 350 F. In small bowl,whisk together butter, pepper
sauce, and vinegar. Dip drumetts in butter mixture; arrange in single
layer in large baking pan. Bake until chicken is browned, 30 to
40 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve with salad dressing and
celery sticks.
