MMMMM----- Recipe via UNREGISTERED Meal-Master (tm) v8.02 Title: Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes Categories: Low-cal, Low-cholest, Appetizers, Low-sodium Yield: 4 servings 16 Cherry tomatoes (1/2 pint Container) 1 cn (3 1/4 oz) low-sodium tuna In water, drained and flaked 2 T Plain low-fat yogurt 2 t Finely chopped green onion 2 t Low sodium chili sauce 1/4 t Prepared horseradish 1/8 t Ground black pepper With a sharp knife, slice tops of tomatoes. With a grapefruit spoon, remove pulp; drain upside down on paper towels. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Spoon an equal amount into each tomato. Refrigerate about one hour.
