                             MOCK CRAB CAKES

   2       c            Grated zucchini
   1       c            Italian bread crumbs
   2                    Eggs, beaten
   1       tb           Mayonnaise
   1       t            Crab spice or to taste
                        Grated onion, optional
                        Grated celery, optional

  Grate zucchini.  Mix all ingredients together.  Fry in
  skillet until browned on both sides.
