* Exported from MasterCook * Sweet and Sour Mini Shrimp Kabobs Recipe By : Unknown Cooking Magazine Serving Size : 20 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : All Newly Typed Not Shared Appetizers Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 20 uncooked medium shrimp, shelled, deveined 1/2 medium red or green bell pepper, cut in 20 pieces 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks -- drained 20 wooden toothpicks 1/3 cup purchased sweet and sour sauce Heat oven to 350. For each kabob, thread 1 shrimp, 1 bell pepper piece and 1 pineapple chunk on toothpick. Place in ungreased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Brush with half of sauce. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Turn kabobs; brush with remaining sauce. Bake and additional 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Makes 20 appetizers. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
