                         Layered Shrimp Appetizer

   8      oz            Cream cheese -- softened
   2      tb            Milk
   1      c             Cheddar cheese -- shredded
     1/2  c             Cocktail sauce
   6      oz            Small shrimp -- cooked
   2      tb            Green onions -- sliced
                        Crackers

In small bowl stir together cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir
in cheese, reserving 2 tb for topping.

Spread cream cheese mixture on bottom of 10" round serving dish;
spread evenly with cocktail sauce. Top with shrimp, onions, and
reserved 2 tb of cheese.

Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
