                            Crab Stuffed Eggs

  12                    Eggs -- hard-boiled
   1      c             Crab meat -- flaked
   1      c             Celery -- finely chopped
   2      tb            Green pepper -- chopped
   1      ts            Dry French dressing mix
     1/4  c             Mayonnaise -OR-
     1/3  c             Sour cream

With a knife slice hard cooked eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks
and cholesterol. Add flaked crab meat, celery, and green pepper.
Combine dressing mix with mayonnaise or sour cream. Add to egg yolks.
Mix well. Pile into egg whites. Chill.
