MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Tater Tot-Chos Categories: Beef, Potatoes, Cheese, Dairy Yield: 6 servings 4 c Frozen miniature Tater Tots 1 lb Ground beef 1 oz Env taco seasoning 2/3 c Water 1/2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded 2 c Lettuce; shredded 1/4 c Ripe olives; sliced (optional) MMMMM--------------------------TO SERVE------------------------------- 1/4 c Taco sauce 1/2 c Sour cream Bake Tater Tots according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles, 6-8 minutes; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. To serve, top Tater Tots with beef mixture, cheese, lettuce and, if desired, olives. Serve with taco sauce and sour cream.
