* Exported from MasterCook * Seasoned Spinach Balls Recipe By : The Detroit News 3-11-97 Serving Size : 96 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Appetizers Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 18 ounces frozen chopped spinach --thawed and well-drained 2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix --crushed 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 4 eggs -- beaten 3/4 cup butter -- softened 1/2 cup finely chopped onion Heat oven to 350 degrees. Using paper towels, squeeze out as much moisture as possible from spinach. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on 2 ungreased 15-by-10-by-1-inch cooking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Makes 8 dozen appetizers.
