           Mashed potatoes
           Chives
           Tortilla chips
           Tomato sauce i.e. Prego
           Tomatoes
           Onions
           Garlic
           Other spices & veggies
           Ground chicken, beef, or
           -other meat
 
  Okay. Here's a recipe which is general, and makes no sense. Attempt at
  your own risk...
  
  Okay now. Boil sauce, chopped tomatoes, and meat, cook, etc. (I just
  say recipes. I don't know specifics.) Add & stir in everything else
  at the last minute. Mix chives in potatoes. Put sauce on tortillas.
  Make a mashed potato wall around it, cover with chips. Okay. Hope
  its edible!
