* Exported from MasterCook * Tuna And Watercress Tapenade Recipe By : Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Appetizers Mediteranean Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 7 oz White tuna in oil -- drained 1/2 c Mayonnaise 4 oz Cream cheese -- room temperature 2 tb Fresh lemon juice 1/4 ts Pepper -- fresh ground 2 c Watercress leaves -- packed 4 Green onions -- chopped 3 tb Capers -- drained 2 tb Fresh mint -- chopped (optional) Combine tuna, mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice, and pepper in processor and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and process, using on-off turns, until well blended, but keeps some texture. Transfer to bowl and refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours before serving.
