      Title: Plains Special Cheese Ring
 Categories: Appetizers, Celebrity, Dairy
      Yield: 1 Batch
 
      1 lb Sharp cheese; grated
      1 c  Nuts; finely chopped
      1 c  Mayonnaise
           Black pepper
      1 ds Cayenne
           Strawberry preserves
           - (optional)
      1 sm Onion; finely grated
 
  Mix; mold with hands into desired shape. I mold into a ring. Place in
  refrigerator until chilled.
  
  To serve, fill center with strawberry preserves.
  
  Can be served as a complement to a main meal or as an hors d'oeuvre
  with crackers.
