      Title: Spinach And Cheese Appetizers

      Yield: 1 Batch
 
     10 oz Frozen chopped spinach;
           - thawed
      1 cl Garlic; minced
    1/3 c  Butter; melted
    1/2 c  Swiss cheese; shredded
      1 c  Bread crumbs
    1/2 c  Parmesan cheese; grated
      2    Eggs
 
  Squeeze thawed spinach to extract liquid.
  
  When spinach is dry, place in bowl and add garlic. Blend all other
  ingredients and mix well. Spread on sourdough rounds and broil
       10    minutes.
