      Title: Cheese Mushroom Canapes
 Categories: Appetizers
      Yield: 60 Bites
 
      1 c  Cheddar; grated
      1 c  Monterey Jack; grated
      1 c  Scallions with greens;
           -finely chopped
      1 c  Mayonnaise
      1 c  Mushrooms; finely chopped
      1 cn Black olives; chopped
           Cocktail rye rounds
 
  Mix all ingredients except bread. Spread on bread and bake at 350 F
  for 10 minutes.
