                            Bacon Cheese Ball

   8      Oz            Cream Cheese -- softened
   8      Oz            Cheddar Cheese -- shredded
     1/4  Teaspoon      Onion Powder
     1/8  Teaspoon      Garlic Powder
   1      Teaspoon      Worcestershire Sauce
                        Chopped Nuts

Cook bacon; drain and crumble.  Combine with rest of ingredients (except
nuts) and form into ball.  Roll in nuts.
