  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

   2      c             Nonfat dry milk powder
   1      c             Sugar
     3/4  c             Unsweetened cocoa
     1/4  ts            Salt

Combine all ingredients. Store in covered container.

To Serve:

Place 1/4 cup mix in cup and pour 3/4 cup boiling water over. Stir
until smooth.

Yield: 16 Servings
