     1/4  cup           brown rice -- dry
     1/4  cup           wild rice
     1/4  cup           long-grain brown rice
     1/4  cup           short-grain rice
     1/4  cup           white rice
     1/4  cup           brown and wild rice
     1/2  cup           brown rice
   1      tablespoon    wild rice

Mcdougall ingredients call for 1 1/2 cups 5 grain rice plus 1/2 cup brown
rice plus 1 tablespoon wild rice....

Mix together and store in pantry in covered container. Keeps indefinately
in covered container. Use as a brown rice serving would be used.....
