                        Make-A-Mix Breadmaker Mix

  13      cups          bread flour
   2      tablespoons   salt
     1/2  cup           sugar
     1/2  cup           instant nonfat dry milk

Blend all and package in 6 2 1/4 cup containers for 1 pound loaf, and 3 1/3
cup containers for larger machines.
For smaller loaf:
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast, 1 tablespoon soft butter, and 3/4 cup warm water. For
larger loaf:
2 teaspoons yeast, 1 1/2 tablespoons soft butter, and 1 1/4 cups warm
water. For both follow machine directions and set on light crust.
Variations:
Cinnamon Raisin, add 1/2 cup raisins and 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
French loaf, omit butter.
Sweet Bread, add 1 tablespoon sugar with dry ingredients and break 1 egg
into a measuring cup, fill cup with water to amount called for in recipe.
