                        Priscillas' Salad Dressing

   1 1/2  cups          cottage cheese -- small curd
   1      packet        Priscilla's Salad Dressing Mix
     1/2  cup           vegetable oil
     1/2  cup           vinegar

Place cottage cheese in a medium-sized bowl; set aside.  In a blender conta
iner, combine Priscilla's Salad Dressing Mix, vegetable oil and vinegar.  B
lend for 5-8 seconds.  Pour over the cottage cheese; fold together until we
ll blended.  Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Makes about 3 cups.

NOTES : Delicious over a spinach salad w/ crumbled bacon.  Try it also over
 fruit.
