                    Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing Mix

   1 1/2  teaspoons     grated lemon peel
   1      teaspoon      ground oregano
     1/8  teaspoon      instant minced garlic
   2      tablespoons   grated parmesan cheese
     1/2  teaspoon      pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until evenly distributed. 
Put mixture in foil packed or small glass jar.  Label with date and
contents.  Store in a cool, dry place.  Use within 3-4 months.  

Makes about 3 tb, or 1 package, of Caesar Salad Dressing Mix.
