                           Teriyaki Sauce Mix

     2/3  c             Water
     1/3  c             Soy sauce
     1/4  c             Rum
   3      cl            Garlic -- peeled & halved
   2      tb            Sugar
   1      ts            Ginger -- grated -OR-
     1/4  ts            Ginger powder

  Combine all intredients in a plastic container with a tight fitting
  lid. Let stand at room temperature for 2-3 weeks! Pour into a clean
  bottle, seal well; store at room temperature. (personally, I put my
  old terriaki bottle in the refrigerator.)
