      Title: Pineapple Sugar

      Yield: 8 -10 oz
 
           Dried peels and core of 1
           -pineapple
      1 c  Vegan sugar
 
  Add dehydrated pineapple into food processor and process until it
  turns into a powder.
  
  Sift into a bowl and mix in vegan sugar.
  
  Can be used to dust on candies, desserts, and used on cocktails.
