                           Homemade Brownie Mix

   6      c             All-purpose flour
   4      ts            Baking powder
   4      ts            Salt
   8      c             Sugar
   8      oz            Unsweetened cocoa powder

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk to
distribute evenly. Put in a large airtight container. Label with date
and contents. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 10 to 12 weeks.

Yield: 15 Cups
