                            Microwave Lasagna

  10                    Uncooked lasagna noodles
  32      oz            Jar spaghetti sauce --
                        - mixed with:
     1/2  c             Water
   1      lb            Ricotta Cheese -- mixed with:
   1                    Egg
                        Pepper -- to taste
  12      oz            Mozzarella -- shredded or sliced
     1/4  c             Parmesan

Layer in this order, in a 9x13" Pyrex pan: sauce, half the noodles,
half the ricotta, half the mozzarella, sauce, noodles, ricotta,
mozzarella, sauce.

Cover tightly with Saran wrap. My microwave is a 650 Watt machine,
with a carousel. I cook it on HIGH for 8 to 8-1/2 minutes, and
MEDIUM-LOW for 32 minutes.

Remove Saran, sprinkle with Parmesan, re-cover, and let stand for
15 minutes.
