   2      cups          flour
   1      cup           salt
   2      tablespoons   cream of tartar
   2      cups          water
   1      tablespoon    mineral oil
                        food coloring

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.  Cook over medium heat, stirring until
stiff.  Allow to cool.  Knead.
