MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Pineapple Cream Cheese Pizza

      Yield: 16 servings

      1 lb Frozen bread dough (1 loaf);
           -thawed and cut in half
      2 pk Cream cheese (8 oz ea);
           -softened
    1/4 c  Sugar; up to 1/2 c
      6 tb Flour
      2    Egg yolks
      1    Lemon; grated peel and
           -juice of
      2    Cans crushed pineapple
           -(8 1/4 oz ea); drained
    1/3 c  Strawberry jam; up to 2/3 c
      2 tb Sliced almonds; toasted

  Press dough into two greased 12" pizza pans.

  Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg yolks, 1 ts lemon peel and
  2 ts lemon juice until smooth. Stir in pineapple. Spread mixture
  evenly over pizzas to within 1/2" of edges.

  Bake in 400 degrees F oven for 15 minutes or until browned.

  Spread each with jam and sprinkle with almonds. Bake 5 minutes
  longer.
