                     Freezer Tip - Packaging in Foil

                        Proper packaging of food for freezing

The "Don't Panic..." book recommends lining the pan first with foil and then
with plastic wrap.  Place the food inside.  Fold plastic.  Then fold foil.
To reheat:  remove foil and plastic after food is SLIGHTLY thawed.  Place
food "block" into pan and heat normally after completely thawed.   I follow
this and NEVER have a problem!  Give it a try  :-)
