Of course, you can freeze melon balls, cubes, etc. I would flash
freeze them first so they aren't all in one big chunk. I think that
it's helpful to walk down the aisle at the grocery store with the
frozen foods to see what commercial companies freeze. If they can do
it--chances are so can you.
