MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: No-Bake Cheesecake (Cheesecake Factory)
 Categories: Cheese, Dairy, Desserts
      Yield: 6 servings

      8 oz Cream cheese; softened
    1/2 c  Sugar
    1/2 pt Sour cream
      2 ts Vanilla extract
      8 oz Tub whipped topping; thawed
      1    (9") graham cracker pie
           - crust

  In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  Gradually beat in sugar, then blend in sour cream and
  vanilla. Fold in whipped topping until well mixed.

  Spoon mixture into pie crust.

  Chill 4 to 5 hours, or until set. Keep refrigerated.
