      Title: Chick-Fil-A Copycat Chicken Salad
 Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Breads, Greens
      Yield: 2 servings
 
    1/2 c  Mayonnaise
    1/3 c  Sweet pickle relish
    1/3 c  Celery; fine chopped
    1/2 ts Sugar
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
      1 lg Hard-boiled egg; peeled,
           - cooled, minced
      2 c  Chicken; cooked, chopped
      4 sl Whole wheat bread; toasted
      2    Romaine leaves
 
  Mix first 7 ingredients; stir in chicken. Line 2 slices of bread
  with lettuce. Top with chicken salad and remaining bread slices.
