MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Roasted Veggies (Red Lobster) Categories: Vegetables, Side dish, Potatoes Yield: 4 servings 8 sm Red potatoes, golf ball size 1/3 pk Baby carrots 4 sm Zucchini 1/2 lg Red onion 1 Red bell pepper Montreal Steak Seasoning 1 oz Butter Quarter and steam potatoes until done but firm. Steam carrots until just done. Roll cut zucchini. Cut onion and pepper in 1 inch pieces. Melt 1/3 stick of butter. Sprinkle steak seasoning on veggies (to taste) and toss in butter.
