      Title: KFC Pecan Pie
 Categories: Copycat, Pies
      Yield: 1 Pie
 
      4    Eggs; slightly beaten
      1 c  Dark corn syrup
      1 pn Salt
    1/3 c  Sugar
      1 tb Lemon juice or vinegar
      4 tb Butter; melted
      2 ts Vanilla
    2/3 c  Pecan halves
      1    Unbaked pie shell (9")
 
  Preheat oven to 325 to 350 F. Mix together the first seven
  ingredients listed above. Stir in 2/3 cup pecan halves. Pour the
  mixture into an unbaked pie shell. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
