MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Classic Egg Salad
 Categories: Eggs, Vegetabes, Breads, Sandwiches
      Yield: 2 Servings

      3 tb Mayonnaise
  1 1/2 ts Prepared mustard
    1/8 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
    1/8 ts Lemon juice
      3 lg Eggs; hard boiled,
           - coarse chopped
      1 tb Green onion; minced
      2 sl Bread
           Tomato; diced (optional)

  Mix the first 5 ingredients. Stir in eggs and green onion. Serve on
  bread. If desired, top with tomato.
