MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Health Salad In A Pita Categories: Sandwiches Yield: 4 Servings 1/2 c Plain low-fat yogurt 2 tb Chili sauce 1 tb Mayonnaise 1 tb Fresh parsley; chopped 1/2 ts Dill 4 Pita pocket breads - (1 oz ea) 4 sl American, Swiss, or Muenster - cheese (1 oz ea) 1 lg Tomato; thinly sliced 1 Green pepper; thinly sliced 1 sm Red onion; thinly sliced 8 Mushrooms; sliced 1/2 c Alfalfa sprouts Stir together yogurt, chili sauce, mayonnaise, parsley, and dill; set aside. Toast pita breads slightly to warm. Cut breads partway around to form a pocket. Add one piece of cheese to each. Stuff with some of each of the vegetables, ending with sprouts.
