      Title: Tropical Beef Wrap

      Yield: 4 Servings

      8 oz Tub spreadable pineapple
           - cream cheese
      4    Flour tortillas (10")
      4 c  Fresh baby spinach (4 oz)
    3/4 lb Deli roast beef; thin sliced
      1 md Mango; peeled, sliced

  Spread cream cheese over tortillas to within 1" of edges. Layer
  with spinach, roast beef, and mango. Roll up tightly and serve.
