      Title: Cool Sandwich Delight

      Yield: 4 cups
 
  2 1/4 c  Chicken; minced
    1/4 c  Sweet pickles; minced
      3    Eggs; hard-cooked; minced
    1/2 c  Celery; minced
    1/2 c  Apple; minced
    1/4 c  Pimiento; chopped
    3/4 c  Mayonnaise
           Salt; to taste
           Pepper; to taste
 
  Combine all ingredients; mix well.  Use as a sandwich filling or
  serve on a lettuce leaf.
