      Title: Heart's Desire Pizza

      Yield: 8 Servings

 16 1/4 oz Tube large refrigerated
           - flaky biscuits
     14 oz Jar pizza sauce
  1 1/2 c  Mozzarella cheese; shredded
  1 1/2 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded

MMMMM---------------------OPTIONAL TOPPINGS--------------------------
           Ripe olives;
           - sliced, quartered
           Pepperoni
           Fresh mushrooms; chopped
           Bell peppers; chopped,
           - green & yellow

  Cut eight 6" square pieces of aluminum foil; place on baking
  sheets. Lightly coat foil with cooking spray; set aside.

  On a lightly floured surface, roll each biscuit to a 5" square. Cut
  a 1" triangle from the center top and place on the center bottom,
  reshaping dough as needed to form a heart. Press edges to seal.
  Transfer to foil squares.

  Spoon pizza sauce over dough to within 1/4" of edges. If desired,
  sprinkle with toppings. Top with cheeses. Bake at 425 F/218 C for
  10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
