MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Chicken Pizza
 Categories: Breads, Poultry, Cheese, Sauces, Beans
      Yield: 6 Servings

      1 lb Chicken; boned, skinned,
           - in 1" pieces
      1 tb Olive oil
      1    Prebaked pizza crust (12")
    1/4 c  Prepared pesto
      1 lg Tomato; chopped
    1/2 c  Canned black beans; rinsed,
           - drained
      1 c  Mozzarella cheese; shredded
    1/2 c  Parmesan cheese; shredded

  In a large skillet, cook and stir chicken in oil over medium heat
  10 to 15 minutes or until no longer pink.

  Place the crust on a lightly greased 12" pizza pan. Spread with
  pesto; top with the chicken, tomato, beans, and cheeses. Bake @
  400 F/205 C for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
