      Title: Pizza Meat Pie

MMMMM---------------------------CRUST--------------------------------
      1 lb Ground moose or caribou
    1/2 c  Dry bread crumbs
    1/4 ts Pepper
      1 c  Water

MMMMM--------------------------FILLING-------------------------------
      1 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
    3/4 c  Mushrooms; undrained
      1 ts Instant minced onion

MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------
    1/3 c  Parmesan cheese; grated
    1/2 c  Powdered milk
      1 ts Salt
      1 cl Garlic; crushed
    3/4 c  Tomato paste
      1 ts Oregano
 
  Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all the crust ingredients in a medium
  bowl. Mix well and pat into a deep pie pan or casserole. Then mix
  together all the filling ingredients and sprinkle over meat in
  casserole. Top with Parmesean cheese. If desired, sausage, green
  pepper, mushrooms, black olives, and so forth can be used as a
  garnish. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until meat is done.
