      Title: Reuben Pizza
 Categories: Breads. bee, Cheese, Vegetables
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1    Pizza crust (12"); prebaked
    2/3 c  Thousand Island dressing
    1/2 lb Corned beef; sliced, in
           - strips
     14 oz Sauerkraut; rinsed, well
           - drained
      2 c  Ementhal cheese; shredded
 
  Set oven @ 400 F/205 C.
  
  Place crust on an ungreased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread
  with salad dressing. Top with corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese.
  Bake until cheese is melted, 12-15 minutes.
