                       Tortellinio In White Sauce

   3      tb            Butter
   1      c             Heavy cream
   1      c             Mushrooms -- sliced
   4      tb            Romano cheese -- grated
   3      oz            Prosciutto (Italian ham) --
                        - diced
   8      oz            Spinach tortellini
   2      cl            Garlic -- chopped
   8      oz            Cheese tortellini
     1/2  c             Fresh or frozen peas
                        Fresh parsley -- chopped

Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add mushrooms, garlic and
prosciutto. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add peas, cream, and cheese.
Cook until sauce thickens. Cook tortellini according to package
directions. Drain. Add tortellini to sauce. Toss until well coated.
Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.

Yield: 4 Servings
