MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Peanut-Sesame Noodles For One Categories: Pasta, Nuts, Vegetables, Chilies Yield: 1 Serving 3 oz Noodles, soba, rice noodles, , spaghetti - whatever you - have 1 tb Peanut butter 1 ts Soy sauce 1 ts Sesame oil 1 ts Rice vinegar or lime juice 1/2 ts Honey 1 cl Garlic; grated or - fine chopped Crushed red pepper or - chile crisp MMMMM--------------------OPTIONAL TOPPINGS--------------------------- Carrot; shredded Cucumber; sliced Green onion Sesame seeds Peanuts; chopped Fresh herbs Crispy tofu (my favorite) -OR- Grilled chicken Cook noodles according to package directions. Rinse under cold water if serving chilled. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar or lime juice, sweetener, and garlic. Add a splash of hot water if the sauce is too thick. Toss the noodles in the sauce until well coated. Customize with your favorite toppings. Eat immediately or chill for later.
